Bruges - a fairytale city with gingerbread houses

When I think about Bruges, what I can say is: what an adorable, romantic and charming city! It was love at first sight: with each step made, I was discovering another amazing medieval building, another interesting colored house, another hidden canal…just like a dream! I spent one day in this beautiful city and I was completely fascinated. It is so small that you don’t need public transportation to move around. »

Ghent - when the medieval meets the modern

Ghent was a beautiful surprise for me: a city that perfectly mixes up the past and the present, the medieval and the modern (a medieval castle from the 15th century is located right in the city center!!) I loved walking between beautiful churches, admiring the endless canals, the three imposing towers, the nice architecture, the buildings with flowers at their windows. Ghent is usually underrated compared to Bruges, but, for me, each one of the cities has its own charm. »
