Zakynthos is more than Navaggio and Carreta-Carreta. What I liked in Zakynthos

Don’t get me wrong: I visited Navaggio and it’s simply stunning! However, there are a lot of other places that are amazing and must-see while visiting Zakynthos. I returned last week from Zakynthos and I find it very difficult to write down all the emotions and feelings that I felt there: from the fear that we will land on water (the plane was getting closer and closer to the water and the land refused to show up for 30 minutes! »

A travel guide to Brasov. What to see in Brasov

Brasov is my favorite city from Romania. I don’t remember how many times I have been there (quite a lot) but every time I discover something new, a new view, a new street, a new building and I fall in love once again. I love Brasov as it is small, not so crowded, clean, colored, it has lots of sightseeing places, also it is the perfect match for hiking lovers (Tampa, Solomon`s rocks), last but not least – its air is so fresh! »

Why Skiathos is worth a visit

Only one month left until the trip to Greece… Can’t wait! Until then, I decided to share with you some beautiful memories from my first trip to Greece. After one year of volunteering and working hard for the NGO projects, we have received a free summer camp in Greece, Paralia Katerini as an award for our winning project! I was so excited! From the first moment I said “yes, I am coming” even if I had a full-time job and few days of vacation left. »

Bruges - a fairytale city with gingerbread houses

When I think about Bruges, what I can say is: what an adorable, romantic and charming city! It was love at first sight: with each step made, I was discovering another amazing medieval building, another interesting colored house, another hidden canal…just like a dream! I spent one day in this beautiful city and I was completely fascinated. It is so small that you don’t need public transportation to move around. »

Ghent - when the medieval meets the modern

Ghent was a beautiful surprise for me: a city that perfectly mixes up the past and the present, the medieval and the modern (a medieval castle from the 15th century is located right in the city center!!) I loved walking between beautiful churches, admiring the endless canals, the three imposing towers, the nice architecture, the buildings with flowers at their windows. Ghent is usually underrated compared to Bruges, but, for me, each one of the cities has its own charm. »

Baile Tusnad - between bears and wonderful landscapes

Baile Tusnad is a very quiet city in the Carpathian mountains. I took advantage of the 4 days off due to the 1st of May and I planned a trip to Baile Tusnad. And it was a good decision! Baile Tusnad is a small town in Harghita county, surrounded by Harghita and Bodoc mountains, on the valley of the Olt river. The city is well-known for its mineral waters and their curative properties. »

From Malaga, with love - a travel guide to Malaga

Spain, my precious country, with very kind and welcoming people, with a very interesting history behind, with that hidden charm on streaked streets, with balconies decorated with flags and flamenco rhythms! I fell in love with Spain 5 years ago when I was Erasmus. I fell in love with its breathtaking landscapes, with its lovely language, with its cheerfulness, with the long conversations with loud locals (did you notice that the Spanish people talk so loud? »

An adventurous evening in the sunny Seville

Seville is a pure delight for one’s eyes. There are so many incredible places, that you will feel like it’s unreal. Seville is a city that combines perfectly the past (all the beautiful buildings) and the future (see Las Setas). Moreover, the fans placed in the showcases, the explosion of red souvenirs with white dots, the red heels give you the impression that the life itself is a flamenco dance on Latin rhythms. »
